Fifth x Northwest Apartments is an exciting project underway in Columbus' Fifth by Northwest Area. The project will include 10,000 SF of ground level retail, 164 affordable and market rate apartments, and structured parking to support the uses.

Amenities will include a state-of-the-art fitness center, club room, podium level pool deck, and sky lounge with views of the Columbus skyline. Several complementary dining and retail options are expected to occupy the retail portion to make this one of the most favored communities in Columbus.  The project faced several challenges due to the tight site, parking requirements, height restrictions, an affordable housing mandate, high construction costs, and a challenging approval process.

 

Effler is working closely with numerous stakeholders to make this exciting project become a reality. The project is fully entitled and is on path for initial occupancy in spring 2025.
