One of the largest family offices in the State of Ohio engaged Effler to reorganize and reposition its real estate division for success.  

Over the course of the year long engagement, Effler established a brand; established new operating procedures and tools for team members and projects; formalized business plans for each asset; implemented a new accounting system; acquired and sold various properties; leased up underperforming properties; hired new team members; retrained and re-invigorated existing team members; and developed sustainable strategies for the division and various planned developments.
