The Rhinebeck is scheduled to be completed in 1Q28 in the Fifth by Northwest area of Columbus.  The project includes 263 market rate apartments and structured parking.  Amenities will include a state-of-the-art fitness center, sauna, club room, pool, and sky deck.   

The project faced several challenges including but not limited to an assemblage of five property owners including city right-of-way, a rezoning process, overcoming parking requirements, and an affordable housing mandate.
